Meet Ezra – One of the Newest Addition to Our Team

Hello everyone, I’m proud to say I am one of the newest additions to the Geniuslink team! I just recently finished up my degree in Marketing at the University of Montana where I was blessed to learn the skills and meet the people that have helped put me in a position to join this great company. Here is a little peak into my life before Geniuslink:

During my college years, I tried to keep things fresh and full of new experiences, so I tried to move around quite a bit. I spent my first year betraying my beloved Montana Grizzlies to be a Bobcat in Bozeman, which I’m still not sure I’ll ever forgive myself for. I then decided that was a little bit too similar to my hometown and moved to a city called Wollongong, which is about an hour train ride south of Sydney, Australia. I attended one of the biggest international schools in the world where I not only got the full Australian experience but also met tons of other super interesting International students from all over the world. After my time abroad, I was feeling a little homesick and moved back to my hometown of Missoula to finish my degree in the company of my family. Being born and raised in Missoula, I was super glad to be able to move around quite a bit during college and see some new things. Traveling is always something I’ve found to be super beneficial for me and my personal development, and definitely something I plan to continue doing my whole life. I now reside in Missoula and love taking full advantage of the beautiful scenery and outdoor activities that Montana provides. I spend my summers golfing, being a river rat, and generally just trying to spend as much time as I can staying active outside. There are plenty of different ways to enjoy the outdoors during a famous Montana summer and I do my best to not waste that opportunity.ezra introduction river picture

Anyone that has lived in Montana knows how awesome the summers are here, but also just how quickly they pass by. However, against popular opinion, I actually love the winters too. As brutal as the winters can get, I refuse to sit and do nothing and I make sure to spend a considerable amount of time in the mountains skiing around the state, mostly at my local dirtbag ski hill. Sundays are always family days for me, that means dinner at night and either a ski day or golf during the day.

Much of the time I spend on the river, in the mountains, or drinking beer takes place in the company of my parents and 4 siblings. I feel very fortunate to be so close with my whole family, and we all make sure to take advantage of the fact that we live in the same city. You can find us taking on ill-advised river excursions or in the local bar afterward, typically causing a public nuisance no matter where we are. Also, we’ve just added the newest addition to the bunch; my baby nephew Oliver.ezra introduction family picture

This brings us to now. I spend my day-to-day striving for my personal fulfillment. For me, this includes reading and learning more about business and mindset, working out and keeping my fitness a priority, and trying to live my life to its best potential in every way I can control. One of my biggest motivators is to be able to look back at myself from a year ago and always know I’ve improved my mind, body, and spirit. I am a huge believer in getting 1% better every day, so I am always hunting for new knowledge and people that fit that narrative. I’m stoked to have found myself now working at Geniuslink, where the people and culture match my personality, both my ambitions and my loose screws. I’m beyond excited to embark on this new opportunity and eager to see where it will take me.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better!

Cheers,
